Return Policy

This return policy applies to purchases made from us in the United Kingdom. It does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Physical Products

If you have purchased physical products from us and are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you to arrange a return or exchange where applicable. Returns should be sent to: 86-90, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Please include your order details and reason for return. We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item in good condition.

Digital Products

For digital content (e.g. downloadable templates or guides), if you have agreed to immediate access and we have provided the content, your right to cancel may end once the content has been supplied. If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the content, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase. If you experience technical issues, contact us and we will try to resolve them; we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
